Problem-solving at Bath Digital Festival

At #BathDigitalFestival just over a week ago, I attended a critical thinking session co-run by Lucy Hawthorne and the team at Ghyston, using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method. Such a productive session with everyone working together to come up with ideas to solve some of the challenges we have in the tech sector in the South West. Key take-aways for me:
✅ We work better together, when we can share ideas and strengths.
✅ We need to meet people where they are, to understand specific needs and differences better.
✅ Each small step contributes to wider success and progress, in a region that's full of brilliant talent.
